This site uses no advertising trackers and no audience measurement tools. Here is exactly what we collect, and what we do not do with it.

1. Who processes your data

2. What we collect, and why

Contact form

Name, email address, and optionally phone number, the dates you have in mind and the content of your message. Purpose: to answer your request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Your message is forwarded to Corine's inbox by our web host, Netlify (United States).

Booking

Surname, first name, postal address, email address, telephone, number of occupants, dates of stay, payment information. Purpose: to perform the rental contract and meet accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligation.

Tourist tax

The accommodation register, kept under the French General Code of Local Authorities, records the number of guests and the dates of stay. Legal basis: legal obligation.

What we do not collect

The site uses no advertising cookies, no audience measurement tools and no third-party trackers. No profiling is carried out and no data is sold.

3. The maps and your consent

Three maps can be displayed: the Google Maps map on the practical information page, the Google My Maps map on the activity pages and the Komoot map on the hiking page (komoot GmbH, Germany). They set their own cookies and send your IP address to their provider. These maps only load after your explicit consent, given through the choice banner or by clicking “Show the map”.

Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a third-party cookie. You can change it at any time through the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

Google Ireland Limited and komoot GmbH then process this data under their own rules; we are jointly responsible for its transmission, which only takes place after your consent. See Google's privacy policy.

We only pass your data to the service providers needed to run the service, acting as processors:

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability regarding your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise them, write to contact@fermelegrandubac.fr or to the postal address given above. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France — cnil.fr.

7. Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Payments are handled by a specialist provider: no complete bank card data passes through or is stored by us.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated, in particular when new service providers are taken on. The date of the latest revision is shown below.
